2. Reservations and Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment of the rental amount, taxes and applicable fees is due at the time and in the manner stated during booking. You must be at least 25 years old to book unless otherwise approved by us.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are described in your booking confirmation and in the FAQ for each property. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
4. Check-In, Check-Out and Occupancy
Check-in and check-out times are provided in your confirmation. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the property. Unregistered guests and events or parties are not permitted.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to treat the property with care, follow house rules and any condominium association rules, observe quiet hours, and comply with all applicable laws. Smoking and pets are not permitted unless stated otherwise in the listing.
6. Damages
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. We may charge the payment method on file for documented damages.
7. Liability
Use of the property, its amenities and nearby recreational activities is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrise Vacation Rentals is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or events beyond our reasonable control.
